RUBATOR MBTS
Synonyms: 2-mercaptobenzothiazole disulfide
(analogs – Аltaks, PERKACIT MBTS, VULKACIT DM)
Primary vulcanization accelerator of natural and synthetic rubbers, latex foamy systems is used to produce products with high temperature resistance.
Application:
In rubber production industry as vulcanization accelerator. It is applied as mixes of natural and synthetic rubbers to produce tires, RTI, shoes, insulating rubbers for wires and cables, ebonite products, rubberized fabrics and hygiene products, firms and products made by calendaring method.
RUBATOR MBT 2- mercaptobenzothiazole.
(analogs – Кaptaks, PERKACIT MBT, VULKACIT MERCAPTO)
The accelerator of average activity provides wide acceleration plateau, gives vulcanizates with low module and good aging resistance. During processing with sulfur mixes it can cause prevulcanization. RUBATOR MBT is non-coloring and not decoloring vulcanization accelerator and can be used for white and light color materials production.
Application:
In rubber production industry as vulcanization accelerator of average activity. It is applied in natural and synthetic rubbers mixes to produce tires, RTI, shoes, rubber threads, toys and products made by molding under pressure or extrusion
RUBATOR DTMT tetramethylthiuram disulfide
Synonyms: thiuram, bis(dimethyltiocarbamoil)disulfide
(analogs - Тiuram D, PERKACIT TMTD, VULKACIT THIURAM)
High activity accelerator and vulcanizing substance gives to rubbers good ageing resistance. During processing and storing with sulfur mixes it can cause prevulcanization.
Application:
It is applied for white, color and transparent products manufacturing; heat resistance rubbers and rubbers based on various rubbers including butyl rubber contacting food; medical products; toys and sport products.
RUBENAMID C
N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide.
(analogs – Sulfenamide C, SANTOCURE CBS, VULCAZIT CZ)
It is not recommended to apply for hot vulcanization on the open air.
Shows high resistance for revulcanization of rubber mixes made from natural and synthetic rubbers for common use. May be activated with guanidine, dithiocarbamate and aldehydamine.
Application:
Recommended to be used especially for production of high mechanical loadings such as tires, tape conveyors, shoes, cables, bumpers and etc.
RUBENAMID T
N-tert-butyl-2- benzothiazolesulfenimides
(analogs – SANTOCURE TBBS, VULCAZIT NZ)
Provides with high values of vulcanization speed and modules in natural, butadiene-styrene, butadiene rubbers and rubber mixes. Usually applied individually or together with small amount of ultraaccelerators in industrial rubber goods.
RUBENAMID DS (analogs – SANTOCURE DCBS, VULCAZIT DZ)
Provides longer resistance against prevulcanization. Usually used for increasing adhesion to the rest of cord.
RUBATOR ETZ Zinc-diethyldithiocarbamate.
(analogs – Etiltsimat, PERKACIT ZDEC, VULCAZIT LDA)
Is very fast primary or secondary (ultra) vulcanization accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers. In addition is used as antioxidant.
Application:
Is used to produce foam materials; wires; transparent, white or painted products; insulators; cable isolation; gloves and materials with impregnation. Also is suitable for water proof impregnation fabric; ebonite; toys; materials for use with food.
Stabilizers
RUBATAN IF N-isopropyl-N‘-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine
Synonym: 1,4 benzoldiamine, N-(1-methylethyl)-N'-phenyl
(analogs – diaphen FP, DUSANTOX IPPD, SANTOFLEX IPPD, VULKANOX 4010 NA)
One of the most effective antidegradant rubbers. It works as effective antioxidant which gives to vulcanizators high atmosphere, thermooxide and oxide aging resistance. Especially effectively protects statistically and dynamically intense rubber from atmosphere aging. It is distributed in rubbers better than similar antiagers. Easily volatile.
Application:
It is used to produce tires; driving-belts; overarms; cable rubbers and other rubber technical products and rubber footwear as well.
RUBATAN BF 1,4-benzendyamine-N-(1,3-dimethylbutene)-N‘-phenyl
(analogs - DUSANTOX 6PPD, SANTOFLEX 6PPD, VULKANOX 4020)
Works as effective antiozonant and antioxidant with long action which gives to vulcanizators high resistance to atmosphere thermo oxidizing and oxidizing aging.
RUBATAN 184 – Poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4- trimethylquinoline)
(analogs – acetone anil, TMQ, Vulkanox HS, Flectol H, Naugard Q)
It is used as highly effective stabilizer to produce rubber technical products and tires including large size tires.
Inhibitors
RUBATAN PVI N-cyclogecsyletiophtalimide (N-CHTFI)
(analog – DUSLIN P , SANTOGARD PVI, VULKALENT G)
One of the most effective inhibitors of rubber mixes prevulcanization containing vulcanization accelerators sulfonamides class also can be used with thiazole, guanidines, dithiocarbamates and tyuramames.
Allows to increase the duration of stay of mixes in a plastic condition during their technological processing. Improves injection properties of mixes.
