CharacteristicsKER® 1904 is a grade of high-styrene rubber. It is made by mixing styrene-butadiene latex and high styrene resin. The product is coagulated by system of acids and synthetic coagulant, stabilized by not painting antioxidant and contains about 68% of connected styrene.

Cure conditions: temperature 145С, time 50 min.

The guaranteed values of technical parameters of a product are negotiable in the sales contract.

PACKING

KER® 1904 is made in a form of granules and packed in polyethylene bags with the weight of 25,0 ± 0,5 kg or transported by railway or car tank cistern.

Transportation

KER® is usually transported in closed trucks, closed railway wagons and standard transporting containers, railway and car cisterns.

KER® 1904 is not dangerous product to transport.

Storage

Product should be stored under shed protected from direct sunlight and on the distance not less than 2 meters from thermal radiators. The temperature shouldn’t’t be higher than 30C. The guaranteed life time of KER is 12 months from the production date if all instructions were followed.

Application

KER® 1904 is used in production of floor coatings, cables, toys and micro porous rubber for shoe industry.
